Nippon Roll’s Machinery Roll Division manufactures and sells a variety of machinery, including plastic processing machines for producing synthetic leather, vinyl sheets, and building materials; rubber machinery for mixing rubber for products like tires; metal rolling machines; and secondary battery processing machines.
These machines are completed with rolls manufactured by our company. The production of these rolls requires high quality and precision. Our rolls, including highly regarded cast iron rolls, high-alloy rolls, and centrifugally cast rolls, are highly esteemed for their quality. Nippon Roll grinds rolls on a large-scale roll grinder from Germany for high roll accuracy which enhances the performance of the machinery we produce.
The machinery produced in this manner is often ordered as machine sets for production plants, with project scales ranging from several hundred million to several billion yen, and taking six months to a year to complete from order to delivery.
