About Nippon Roll

President's Message

"With the principle of 'selling technology' at our core, we are dedicated to developing reliable technology."

Nippon Roll Manufacturing was founded in 1888, in the midst of Japan’s modernization era. We began manufacturing rolling machinery in 1894, were a pillar supporting Japan’s industrial modernization and have been a major contributor to the industry for many years.

Currently, we design and manufacture equipment for the rubber and plastic industry and other roll and mixing applications. Further, our T-Lon Construction Materials Division sells a wide range of materials for civil and underground engineering, primarily hard PVC and polyethylene pipes. Our Pipe Division is also actively expanding in these areas.

Our machinery is exported widely overseas, contributing to industries in countries such as China, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, various Asian nations, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States.

We have set up a testing and research facility as a downsized version of production facilities, where our customers can freely use the equipment. This facility has received high praise as a practical testing site for the development of new materials for rubber and plastics, as well as for the evaluation of new processing methods.

Having accumulated technological expertise for more than a century puts us in an advantageous position of understanding the origins of technological progress. While development goals and requirements have evolved over the years, the fundamentals of technology remain the same.

As a "technology provider," we will continue to develop equipment that supports our customers in the age of global competition.
